- 1lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 2 large mangos peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp Mediterranean Char-it Rub
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Red bell pepper, sliced red onions and chopped jalapenos can be added too.
