• 1lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large mangos peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsp Mediterranean Char-it Rub
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes


Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.

Red bell pepper, sliced red onions and chopped jalapenos can be added too.
